Returns & Exchanges

All sales on Born X Raised are final, however we accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and collaboration items are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the authorization process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original polybags with all tags attached to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, you will receive an email containing your digital gift card or exchange confirmation.
